El ASEGURADO se obliga a notificar a XXX(credit insurer) el impago del CREDITO en el plazo maximo de 60 dias siguientes a contar desde la fecha de su vencimiento e, inmediatament, cuando tenga conocimento del sobreseimiento general de un DEUDO en le cumplimiento de sus obligaciones depago (......). El caso de CREDITOS prorogados conforme al articulo 5, el plazo maximo sera de 30 dias siguientes a la fecha de vencimiento prorrogao. En el supuesto de adeudo domiciliado, transcurrido el plazo anterior, el ASEGURADO se obliga a comunicar el impago tan proto tenga conocimieinto de la *devolucion* efectuzada por el DEUDO.
