neutral  Taña Dalglish: I don't think it is a company car! AFAI understand it, the person uses their own personal vehicle, and gas, maintenance expenses are provided; this may take the form of a benefit via salary, etc., etc.

IMO, it is not just fuel, but the overall benefit for wear and tear (maintenance).
