Based on the only paragraph provided as context, I don't see anything to indicate "early termination by the tenant(s), but rather solely based on this one para, the lease could simply have run out/expired. Yvonne: what other relevant information can you provide regarding the conditions of this lease?

Why not just "settlement"?
