Explanation:
I would have preferred a 'permissive society', but feel the corporate, club, association or limited *liability* partnership (= corporate but not company) status needs to be spelt out to show that we are not dealing with a *private individual operator* in which no shares can be held.

Anyone who can make 'neither head nor tail' of this answer ought to revise his company & partnership study notes *carefullly*.
