Buenas tardes, compañeros:

Estoy traduciendo una adenda a un contrato que, como ocurre con frecuencia desde la explosión del coronavirus, ya no puede aplicarse en condiciones de igualdad. Me surge la duda a la hora de traducir al inglés el título del contrato.

En español es "contrato de cesión de apartamento para uso turístico". Es decir, un particular cede su apartamento dentro de un resort, para que una empresa lo explote para uso turístico. En un principio usé "contract for the loan of an apartment for tourist use", pero empiezo a dudar en si debería utilizar "transfer" para cesión. La actual versión que tengo no me resulta fluido.

¿Alguna sugerencia?
