La contratación de consultores individuales para la provisión de servicios que haga la Organización, a un tercero a cambio de una remuneración, se realizará a través de contratación directa sobre la base del staff o equipo de consultores previamente registrado.

Tuve que reorganizar las ideas con el objetivo de hacer el texto más entendible en la traducción.

The direct procurement method will be used when the Organization, using its roster of previously registered staff or consultants, contracts individual consultants to provide their services in return for payment.

Me parece que "a cambio de una remuneración" es algo implícito en el texto. Además suena un poco contradictorio cuando se refieren a "consultores individuales", pero luego hacen referencia a "un tercero"

Hola, en realidad reformularía no tan literal, para llegar a "contratación de servicios remunerados" (in exchange of paid services with third parties by means of a contract....)

"in exchange of payment" is something implied, and an expression that in business is not used in services like that....
