censura (casacional) (ESP & PAN) Highest-Level ('Quashing') Appeal Submission Explanation: JR . judicial review (of administrative action), pace Allegro, is on the right lines, except - in the UK or Ireland (?) - it is neither an appeal, nor can it overturn - merely review a decision by a public body or agency. I use 'quashing' in inverted commas as an unusual term in English for overturning a ruling of a court below and rhyming, as it does, with lemon etc. squash. Example sentence(s):
