To my mind, you don't need to mention the fact that it was a labour suit at all; that's obvious given that the lawsuit was brought for unfair dismissal, which is by nature a labour-related complaint/claim.

The ordinary courts in England & Wales can also deal with an arrears of pay claim from an employee.

Otherwise emplyoment tribunals dispose of complaints for unfair dismissal (at English Common Law) e.g. for redundancy > remedy: *compensation* or of a claim for wrongful dismissal > remedy: contractual *damages* e.g. in lieu of notice for breach of an employment contract.
