Según el tipo de escrito que estamos presentando, en muchas jurisdicciones a los abogados se nos exige indiciar el número de matrícula, junto con otros datos identificatorios.

Yo ejerzo en Argentina, no en Colombia, pero el formato del escrito parece ser el mismo que usamos acá. Por ejemplo, en mis escritos:

Paula Arturo, abogada, matrícula T [#] F [#] CASI, DNI…

Significan:
T=Tomo
F=Folio
CASI=el Colegio en el que estoy matriculada (Colegio de Abogados de San Isidro)
DNI=Documento Nacional de Identificación

Adrian has a good point. "Licenses" have different names in Common Law countries. So, my answer should read "license or local equivalent" and of course that equivalent depends on the target country. Collegiate body names and licensing requirements vary throughout Latin America, but a “matrícula” is a “matricula” everywhere. That being said, Colombia's civil procedure code is quite standard for LA and similar to Argentina's. See CPC at https://encolombia.com/derecho/codigos/procedimiento-civil/

agree  Giovanni Rengifo: "license" funciona bien para inglés de los EE.UU. Sin embargo, podría ser otro país de destino, lo cual la persona que pregunta no ha especificado.
