que recíbase de obligación de saneamiento (ver explicación) that ... be assigned the (US) covenant against encumbrances Explanation: The recibase - hanging as it does in mid-air and used for graduation and admission to practic/se - seems as much as a problem as what kind of saneamiento or 'sanitation' we are dealing with. d) to adopt/take transfer of assignment og (vs. be subrogated in) such covenant against encumbrances as may be agreed at the latter's discretion, or whatever may be thus befitting. 1. contract generally for freedom from encumbrances - 'a covenant for further assurance' is used rarely in the US ( Barron's Legal; 'This type of covenant is no longer in general use', but certainly is in the UK - see my first web ref. answer) e.g. to produce missing paperwork and pay off outstanding debts) 2. por evicción - not freedom from eviction, that is desahucio - but a warranty of peaceful possession (UK: of goods) or covenant of quiet enjoyment of land (not from noise and nuisance, but from some claimant of a better title so in fact dislodging the owners) on the back of a *warranty for clear - unclouded or unclogged - title* 3. por vicios - hidden defects like a haunted house (!) or wrongly measured boundaries or 4. that may be relevant here: por gravámenes (ocultos). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2019-08-17 15:26:39 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- d) take transfer or an assignment of.... (vs. insurance-type subrogated in)... Example sentence(s):
