Estoy traduciendo un documento de tipo legal y tengo una duda con un par de términos que encontré. A continuación el texto en mención:

Los derechos laborales están regulados por la Constitución Política del país como ley suprema y como ley específica está el Código del Trabajo del año 2004 y el Código Procesal Laboral del país modificado en el año 2014.

Tengo el Diccionario de Términos de Terminología Jurídica, de F. Bossini, pero no logré encontrar nada relacionado con dichos términos (ley suprema y ley específica).
