Spanish term or phrase: folio / hoja

Tomo 25673. Sección General. Folio 478. Hoja nº C-56745. Inscripción 1º."

Sería correcto traducir: folio: Sheet; Hoja: page.?

Gracias!

folio / sheet

Explanation:
So "hoja" is sheet and "página" is page.

In the case of notarial registry entries, the "Hoja" number for a company (C 56745 in this case) is in fact a record number, not a sheet number. All the entries for a company will be made under the same number, even when as time goes by the entries are made in different volumes and folios.
