Pido mil disculpas, supongo que la frase debe ser dividida pero así misma es la frase y no tengo idea y es la última frase de este retorcido fallo que ya estoy por tirarlo a los jueces, con todo respeto...entonces suplico a ustedes expertas/os
Dictado por un tribunal en Cuba, fallo sobre una demanda de un trabajador en contra de una medida disciplinaria impuesta por el empleador
Es la penúltima frase:
"Notifíquese: A las partes en la forma prevista en la Ley, haciéndole saber que contra la presente no cabe recurso alguno, líbrese al efecto las copias certificadas necesarias y firme como es devuélvase en el término de Ley."

Supongo que es una frase hecha, ¿no?

You've illuminated (for me) that what is 'firme' es la decisión y lo que se devuelve es la decisión misma - su escrito - o así se puede suponer. Makes sense to me! If we search the documents that Taña Dalglish has put for our viewing, it fits. No one else has suggested a translation but anyway, I think yours is clear and accurate, so ¡se lo agradece mucho!
