Tengo los 3 en un documento de casación, pero solo encuentro admissibility, según estoy leyendo hay diferencia entre los 3.

Algo de lo que encontré:

Tratando de diferenciar admisibilidad y procedencia, se puede decir que una vez interpuesta una demanda o planteado un recurso, el magistrado examinará si se han acatado los requerimientos y formalidades extrínsecas que la ley ordena para que el expediente pueda pasar a tratamiento.
En ese supuesto se está produciendo una apreciación de "admisibilidad" de la pretensión.
Se puede decir que la admisibilidad es un concepto que atañe al derecho procesal particularmente, y en especial a la acción interpuesta.
Por otra parte una vez admitida una demanda o un recurso, se considera el mérito o fondo de la cuestión, decidiendo el juez respecto de la "procedencia o improcedencia" de las pretensiones finales del actor o del recurrente.
Consiguientemente la procedencia concierne más al derecho material, es decir la composición en si de un asunto o una situación que suscite conocimiento jurisdiccional procedente, no depende en sí de la interposición de una demanda, sino que el hecho existe y está latente.
En principio los conceptos inadmisibilidad e improcedencia, están vinculados, por definición, al derecho procesal, debido a que ambos parten ya de la conjetura que ha habido una manifestación de voluntad ante un juez (acción o recurso) y el mismo debe pronunciarse.
El estudio de la admisibilidad es al solo efecto de desplegar la instancia, en cambio el examen de la procedencia se realiza para resolver el dilema de fondo. Si bien los términos nos enfocan al mismo fin, análisis y resolución, el tema es que no tienen ni pueden tener el mismo origen.

procedencia > legitimacy, Alcaraz & Hughes. It is appropriate used to be our Madrid law firm - bufete de abogados - inhouse no-brainer for 'procede', whilst appropriateness sits rather ambiguously with a claim that may be inappropriate e.g. non-PC in this day and age.

fundabilidad > meritoriousness to expand the ref. comment of merits into the same part of speech and predicated on the UK judicial euphemism for claims that may be judged 'unmeritorious'.
