So here is a re-run. indemnización por clientela y aplicación analógica > goodwill (compensation) payment and analogous application of (not enforcement, rather the opposite of 'disapplying' a rule or time limit) ... Analogous application makes the repetition of analogous problematical. Better avoid the term of 'automatism' that is a defenc/se in English criminal law to certain offences e.g. a sleepwalker causing criminal damage, injuring or strangling someone.
