disagree  Robert Carter: Willsonn's reference to "qualified use" is a false friend here; it has nothing to do with the Spanish meaning. "Qualified" is a term of art in inheritance law so I tend to think it would be misleading to use it here.

neutral  Robert Carter: In Spain, the nomenclature is "clasificado" (urbano, rústico, etc.) vs "cualificado" (edificable, cultivable, etc.), so I'm thinking "class" > "clasificación"; "use" > "cualificación". Any thoughts?
