This has to do with additional proceedings dealing with imprisonment and probation of the people involved in the committed crime. I´m not sure, but I believe your case deals with criminal proceedings that might be related to some driving offences according to some references I found on the web. The translation into English is difficult. I would go for a general translation and an explanatory comment.
