A letter from an Industrial Property Agent (in Spain) regarding a trademark application...

1. Que es objeto y trayectoria de mi representada la observancia minuciosa de la normativa, así como el respeto de las costumbres leales y constantes en materia de propiedad industrial.

As I understand it its an elegant way of saying "this is of prime importance to my client", is that right?
What would be an equivalent way of thus raising the matter in English?

Please take comfort in the fact that my client fully intends to comply with its obligations arising under the [Spice-FMG Contract], which was terminated on July 19, 2006, ie, 30 days after June 19, 2006. Your client's allegations of a "fraudulent conveyance" are nonsensical. There has been no conveyance or transfer of property, and [FMG] is still an active an ongoing corporate entity, it simply lost its contract with SanDisk. . . .

agree  patinba: Neat! "As it has in the past, my client fully intends" might deal with the "trayectoria" aspect?

Scope and sequence

Explanation:
Hello, while my first instinct is to say the 'point' as a translation for 'objeto' in this case, I saw 'scope' when doing more research for you.

Next, while I was researching, I saw 'trayectoria' as meaning 'pathway', 'path', 'route', 'record', and more. When I searched for 'scope and ...', I found 'scope and sequence', which also alludes to a trajectory.

disagree  AllegroTrans: You cannot just translate the words in isolation like this, look at the context; and it's nothing to do with trajectory....
