I'm not sure exactly what the letters stand for, but I've read the ruling and it seems to be referring to what the claimants overpaid as a result of implementing technological improvements which were required by a EU Directive. If you look at the point which analyses the "Sobrecoste por la repercusión en el cliente de la implementación de tecnologías de mejora de emisiones", you will see that the amount is exactly the same as that listed under the IMM column. The amount for "SOBRECOSTE" is the same as that analysed in the points which take into account what the claimants overpaid + taxes (which were also excessive as a result). Unfortunately, I'm still not sure what it stands for: "Implementación de Mejorías" perhaps? You could try calling the Court House and asking them XD. Good luck! |
