I am translating a Data Sheet and this relates to vanilla:

No debe estar alterada, mal conservada, agotada ni contener bálsamo de Tolu o del Perú, ácido benzoico, vainilla artificial, azúcar, ni sustancias extrañas.

I am wondering if agotada means "flavorless" or "flat".

This translation is for the USA.
