Having looked at this I think it may be referring to feeder cattle http://www.produccion-animal.com.ar/glosarios/01-glosario_ i... cattle: vacuno de invernada o para engorde.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Invernada is a production system, it has nothing to do with invernadero. Not sure if "overwintered is the same" http://www.inia.org.uy/prado/2004/invernada.htm

cows ready for (first ?) mating / out-wintered cows

Explanation:
On Linguee:
For "entoradas" I found a reference to cows ready for their first mating:

"La precocidad de la raza permite el entore a menor edad, lo que significa mayor utilidad económica. jerseyargentina.com.ar
"The early maturity of the cow allows the first mating at an early age, which turns into a higher economic utility."

The out-wintered cows, on the other hand, are pregnant. They will be calving in the spring instead of breeding.

See:
Out-Wintering of Cattle:Management and Precautions - The Cattle Site
www.thecattlesite.com/articles/.../outwintering-of-cattlema...
Jan 15, 2013 - Out-wintering really only applies to adult beef cows calving in the spring. **Young calves and store cattle should only be out-wintered** if they are in areas of the UK which have reliably mild winter weather conditions. Out-wintered spring-calving beef cows trying to find shelter from the prevailing wind.
