Spanish term or phrase: (gallinas) camperas vs ecológicas
SPAIN. From a text about egg production in the EU. If "camperas" are "free-range", then what do we call "gallinas ecológicas "?

Thanks everyone for the comments and help. On the topic of chickens, last week I bought three new hens to keep the last surviving one company, and within two days they had been stolen! There must be a lot of hungry people out there these days…

Notes to answerer
Asker: Interesting. I always tend to think of free range and organic as largely synonymous. Thanks also to Phil for posting that link.

agree  John Speese: I agree too, free range and organic are not synonymous. I believe organic hens have to be fed organic feed. Free range ones certainly can be, but do not have to be.
