as friendly

Explanation:
The bank is positioned as "cercano, eficiente y confiable" -> "friendly, efficient and reliable"... (the whole sentence may need rewording if you want to keep all the components of the original)

Something like "... positions the bank as a friendly, efficient and reliable entity" (although in the end they just all want our money)

disagree  David Ronder: It's one of those recurring terms, like 'transversal'. You need to re-think it in context every time./Just seen you want to make it non-pro, in which case I disagree!/ Because it's not obvious and keeps coming up. It was Pro on those previous occasions.

-> Lots of examples given previously, to suit different contexts, many of which have been trotted out again here. Don't understand why you think this is Pro?
agree  neilmac: It's PRO precisely because of the different options available - knowing how to pick the right one each time is a pro skill IMHO....
