This appears in a presentation regarding the findings of a study on cosmetics:

'Las diferencias estadísticas fueron calculadas al 95% de confianza con una “Z” de 2 colas y están representadas por letras en color rojo:
A, B, C, etc.'

I'm not sure whether '2 cola's refers to the inverted commas either side of the Z, or represents the shape in a graph (although there doesn't appear to be one in the presentation showing this).

The two-tailed refers to the probability value, but since the article you quoted doesn't mention the probability (p) it's probably better to keep it simple.
