I strongly suspect there's a third language involved in all of this, aided by machine translation. Seems clear that the store clerk made some inapropriate comments regarding the customer's figure, but beyond that, I'm totally lost, and I feel your pain if you actually have to decipher this for a paying client.

What's particularly bizarre is that quite a lot of the Spanish is quite authentic, and then every so often it lapses into gibberish.
