"En carnes (the store section) el corte en cuanto a compra de colas muestra que la ocasión de consumo "At Work" cobra importancia..."

The ST is suggesting that the proportion (as a share of all cola sales in the store), that comes from stacking piles of cola bottles near the meat counter, is increasing (cobra importancia).

I don't see how that relates to 'At Work' as opposed to other 'consumption occasions' - but WASAD that's not part of the kuestion...
