No creo que sea un typo. RSS es un formato que permite recibir contenido "en vivo" desde la red (de ahí el término). Puedes usar webfeed o streaming, normalmente en presente. Supongo que habrá que refrasear un poco: "sent via web feed or stream"

Torresk tiene toda la razón - rederizar es como el uso de 'network' como verbio en inglés. Y a mi juicio la frase aquí podría traducirse
