AF Explanation: It is AF in both cases. The second example is bit tricky just because "due to AF" is not related to a non-restrictive (no estenótico) filling pattern but to the "patrón monofásico de llenado [flujo] transmitral"; it says something like "non-restrictive [monofásico (high E/A; no-A wave] trans-mitral filling pattern, due to AF". Esto es, que el hallazgo patológico aquí es el patrón monofásico de llenado transmitral, que se explicita como secundario a una fibrilación auricular -lo que parece razonable, ya que al no haber ondas p funcionantes no habrá tampoco onda A de vaciado auricular, existiendo únicamente la primera fase -onda E- pero no la segunda-, añadiendo el texto, en tanto que información adicional, que el patrón encontrado de llenado transmitral no es restrictivo ("no estenótico"). |
