eye floater

Explanation:

neutral  Leda Roche: The floater is something the patient sees, not a doctor´s finding, and also is not usually seen in children.

NB: If it refers to floaters, I've only heard it called 'mosca volante' or 'moscas' (I went for a checkup for that a couple of years ago).

Example sentence(s):
  • I have that blurry syndrome when I look through Eotechs and red dot sights...
  • Blurred vision could be caused by many different conditions...

síndrome nube
[síndrome en V] V-pattern

Explanation:
Wow. En inglés, V-pattern (V-pattern esotropia/exotropia; in this particular case a V-pattern with upwad gaze exotropia).
