Medical - Medical (general) / Discharge Summary
Spanish term or phrase: V.O.M.
On the discharge summary of a patient with chest pain, the plan for discharge simply reads V.O.M.

They don't seem to be initials, as one seldom sees initials in the plan, and other than "Ver otro médico", I can't think of anything else.

The next entry is the progress chart from the specialist (cardiologist) so maybe the "Ver otro médico" is not that far off?
