Como parte del tratamiento ¿podría referirse a radioterapia? ¿Ha recibido una primera sesión radioterápica previa?
Por si encaja en tu contexto clínico, vaya, aunque tampoco parece una opción muy natural o del todo razonable así expresada.
La verdad es que no se me ocurre ninguna opción lógica ni ninguna referencia a una escala utilizable en este contexto. ¡Lo siento!

Chema, gracias por tu exhaustiva aportación. Después de la abreviatura simplemente pasan a resumir el tratamiento actual del paciente, por lo que no ayuda a ponerlo en contexto. Como bien has dicho, teniendo en cuenta la situación del paciente, quien llegó a pie a la consulta, no creo que se trate de la escala de Glasgow y, efectivamente, una respuesta motora mínima tampoco tendría sentido.

Joseph: I'd be wary about translating all instances of "situación basal" to "life situation", as they often just summarize the patient's vital signs and current clinical condition in this common section of medical reports without mentioning any specific aspect of their QoL.

¿Qué sigue tras Rm 1?

El caso es que Rm no responde a ningún elemento básico o habitual de una valoración o exploración general, pero tampoco a ningún elemento obvio propio del MM. El problema de las opciones que planteas (respuesta motora, reflejos, rapidez) es el valor 1 que acompaña a Rm (a parte de no resultar un acrónimo natural en estos casos); una respuesta motora con valor 1 se interpretaría (pej en la escala Glasgow) como ausencia de respuesta, lo que definitivamente no es el caso de un paciente independiente para las AVD. Los reflejos se evalúan habitualmente como valor/valor máximo posible (pej. 1/5), lo que tampoco tiene sentido aquí. Rapidez = 1 simplemente no significa nada. En fin, la posibilidad de indicar aquí que el paciente cuenta con una RM previa (resonancia magnética) es una posibilidad no descartable -aunque extraña.

Se trata, a falta de más contexto, algo que parece más bien un typo (difícil de interpretar) que una auténtica referencia a un elemento específico de una valoración médica general.

Thank you, Cristina. It's much better to be able to get the whole picture, and it's best to give us the text in the source language, rather than summarizing ... although in this case I still can't figure out what this stands for.

For "situación basal" I have "life situation" in my glossary. We don't always need to translate word-for-word when there is a more common (different) usage in the target language.

Hi Joseph, as I mentioned, they're talking about the patient's baseline condition, including his cognition and overall condition, which is why I believe it probably has to do with a motor or mental scale -"Situación basal: activo, independiente para las ABVD. Cognitivo adecuado. Rm 1."- Before this they just summarize his personal and surgical history, and after they go ahead and describe his usual treatment.

One suggestion is to post the complete sentence, and if there's no sentence then the words that come before and after. It's hard to give you a helpful answer (or suggestion) if we can't see the whole picture.
