Yes/No/O Explanation: putting an answer for glossary as others haven't done so. I agree with Joseph and Phil. N/A would be read as "not applicable" "Not agreed" and "not applicable" are not synonyms at all imo so keep "O" and put a note. I'd put O after yes/no. Another possibility might be to put "??" with a note. |
