In Spanish it says:
'Para mejorar la circulación, administrar noradrenalina por vía intravenosa, preferiblemente a la isoprenalina, repitiéndose según la respuesta.'

I am not sure how to understand the 'preferiblemente a la isoprenalina': does the sentence mean 'administer norepinephrine rather than isoprenaline' or 'administer norepinephrine along with isoprenaline if possible' or even something else?

I would not have problem with 'preferiblemente a la misma hora' - but with the sentence above I am in doubt...

Both medications have effects on the cardiovascular system so I doubt both would be administered at the same time. I am not a medical expert though.
