This is an adverse event report in Spanish, from Catalonia. The acronym USAC appears in several places, with little context. Examples:

Searching for initials USAC with a possible connection to a clinical trial in Spain, the most likely ones I find are Universal Service Administrative Company and USA Couriers. Can anybody shed any light on this?

That's lucky!
For atención continuada the NHS term in the UK is "continuing healthcare", but for the US/International English I think the generic term would be "ongoing care".

Charles' answer would make more sense as the letters USAC match up. The link I posted refers to "unidad de apoyo al servicio de urgencias (USAC), but the acronym does not match up.
