Spanish term or phrase: fraccionamiento
Descripción de locales y equipos utilizados durante el proceso elaboración y fraccionamiento

Fraccionado del producto
Una vez aprobado el producto semielaborado se fracciona en ampollas de vidrio
que han sido sometidas a un ciclo de esterilización.

I have found that "fraccionamiento" could be translated as "filling" and as "fractionation/fractioning"... Dont know which one to use, I understand from the sentence that I have to do, that "filling" could be used, but not so sure about it, thanks in advance for your help!

fractioning
Explanation:
I think you could use any of several versions:

"Once approved, the semi-manufactured product is fractioned/separated/divided /split up and inserted into glass ampoules"

Although in the query context it simply means splitting up into separate doses,
sometimes "fractioning" is used as a synonym of "fractionation" (although I probably wouldn't use it in this case):

fractionation

Explanation:
Fractionation is a separation process in which a certain quantity of a mixture (gas, solid, liquid, enzymes, suspension, or isotope) is divided during a phase transition, into a number of smaller quantities (fractions) in which the composition varies according to a gradient.
