This is a medical report concerning a patient who has had a myocardial infarction. The word "CITACION" appears as a heading for the very last paragraph of the report. Could it mean "conclusion or comment" ?
The abbreviation "TCI normal" appears in the context of coronary angiography. I suspect it could mean "Tension cardiaca interior" Could somebody confirm this ? The other abbreviations all relate to the various coronary arteries, i.e. "ADA con segmento proximal normal. Estenosis difusa del 70% de toda la ADA media con lecho distal mediano-fino. ACX normal. ACD dominante. Estenosis no significativa en la transicion entre los segmentos proximal y medio. Estenosis difusa del 70% en la ACD distal..."

Your patient obviously had an acute myocardial infarction of the anterior wall, since he has a 70% occlusion of the mid LAD.
