"El accionante demanda que se dejen sin efecto la Resolución del Consejo de Disciplina por la que se le impuso el arresto de rigor por quince días en la sesión ordinaria del xx de xx de xxxx. Solicita además se ordene que se borre o elimine de su ***libro de vida*** las sanciones que se declaren sin efecto de acuerdo con la presente petición."
