Spanish term or phrase: SISTEMA DE PLANEO Y ANÁLISIS DE MISIÓN
This is for Mexico. Am I being dumb? I cannot help feeling that 'planeo' is used here for 'planificación' - I cannot see it makes sense as 'glide and mission analysis system'. Can some kind person help me out here, please?

English translation:PLANNING AND MISSION ANALYSIS SYSTEM
Explanation:
A literal translation seems the obvious choice.

As Donal notes in the Discussion section, Mexican Spanish is quite a different animal from its European forebear.

Or (pax patinba) "MISSION PLANNING AND ANALYSIS SYSTEM" if "system" encompasses both notions.

agree  patinba: Only half an agree here. As Wendy points out, the planning and analysis both refer to the mission, so the correct order is "mission planning and analysis"
