Mandolin and Guitar Orchestra
Explanation:
Can also include lutes, but in general just guitars and mandolins. See reference.

At Charles's suggestion - here is a Spanish reference: https://www.ucm.es/orquesta-de-pulso-y-pua. I had also thought of plucked instruments orchestra but couldn't find any references. A search for mandolin and guitar orchestra brought up lots of results for different orchestras and, despite their name, some of them also include lutes and bandurria.

agree  Charles Davis: Maybe a Spanish ref. to confirm it? Guitar, lute and bandurria, in Spain, but mandolin and guitar is the closest equivalent.

  -> Thanks Charles.

neutral  philgoddard: This needs better explanation and references.

  -> Ok another reference inserted. These orchestras cannot be called string orchestras because that would be violins, violas, cellos and double basses, not "plucked" instruments.
