Tengo otra consulta relacionada con el mismo tema de Gestión de Inventario:

Si el bien es retirado por obsolescencia se debe determinar el estado actual del bien solicitando un **concepto técnico** y avalúo del estado en el que se encuentran. Se debe pasar el reporte al área administrativa para el visto bueno de la baja que se va a realizar.

If the good/item is retired due to obsolescence, its current condition must be determined by requesting a "concepto técnico" and an assessment of its condition. A report must be submitted to the Administrative department to approve the retirement to be conducted.

I think "technical inspection" can be used as a synonym for the technical review for the sake of assessment of the asset.
