Spanish term or phrase: sinfín
Hola amigoZ.

Claudia

On our mezzanine floor we have a bespoke built Cyclorama or Cyc which enables us to offer a variety of options to our clientele. This is known as an infinity background to suggest unlimited space, the idea being that for stills photography and also for film and TV, a customer would have the option to photograph/film a chosen car and be able to manipulate it onto any image.

Green screen/blue screen

Explanation:
Following Charles' excellent lead:
"Chroma key compositing (or chroma keying) is a technique for compositing two images or frames together in which a color (or a small color range) from one image is removed (or made transparent), revealing another image behind it. This technique is also referred to as color keying, colour-separation overlay (CSO; primarily by the BBC[1]), greenscreen, and bluescreen."

neutral  Muriel Vasconcellos: A green screen can depict any background at all. It is not specifically intended to imply infinity, but theoretically it could. Yes and yes. It can be used for just about anything. I think 'infinity background' is what is being referred to here.
