... and has qualified as a"LICENCIADA EN DISEÑO GRÁFICO" (GRAPHIC DESIGNER)
rominadiaz
Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design - said degree
Explanation:
ha cursado y aprobado la totalidad de las asignaturas correspondientes a Licenciatura en diseño gráfico hasta recibirse de LICENCIADA EN DISEÑO GRÁFICO = has completed and passed all the courses for the Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design until graduating with said degree.

neutral  Steve Grammer: I question the use of LICENSE in this case. A doctor, lawyer, etc. would hold a licence to practice in their field. A graphic designer wouldn't hold a universally recognized license (if they do indeed exist).

agree  Muses Inc: Licenciado/a comes from the old European universities; becoming a doctorandus/licencié meant you were licenced to continue studies for a doctor's degree. A doctor's degree in graphic design may not exist, simply "has a degree in graphic design" would do.

-> Gracias, Muses. But simply "has a degree in..." won't do; the level of the degree needs to be expressed.
