Creo que con "licenciatura" siempre depende del caso (para qué es la traducción, de que país viene y a donde va, etc). En este caso, podría ser de beneficio al estudiante que se ponga “licenciatura” y una nota al pie que explique que la licenciatura es de cinco años, se escribe tesis, se hace prácticas y todo lo demás que sea de requisito en Chile para una licenciatura.
Si no, me parece buena opción licentiate degree. Según Oxford Dictionaries (http://oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/licentiate?...
• (in certain universities, especially abroad) a degree between that of bachelor and master or doctor: he took the Durham University licentiate in theology
• the holder of a licentiate degree: he was a licentiate in law of Hanoi University

La otra opción es especificar que es un bachelor’s degree de cinco años para resaltar que no es cualquier bachelor’s degree
