No utilizaría el literal en este caso.
Isotérmico hace referencia en este caso a una caja capaz de evitar la pérdida de temperatura por transmisión, manteniendo estable la temperatura ambiente del interior de la misma. Esa idea se traslada habitualmente como insulated box en inglés, aunque existen otras denominaciones según los casos -pej. cold chain packaging. En ámbito alimentario, insulated box parece lo más común.

Sí, tal y como comentaba en respuesta, en este contexto "insulated" resulta bastante más común en inglés (versus el literal isothermal, que aparece sobre todo en traducciones antes que en originales ingleses -fíjate por ejemplo en Royal Catering, una empresa transnacional de origen alemán). Lo mismo ocurre con "container", que en este contexto particular generalmente alude a grandes contenedores (de los utilizados en embarcaciones, por ejemplo) versus "box", que es a lo que "contenedor isotérmico" hace referencia habitualmente.

Asker: Gracias Chema, "insulated" es también perfectamente correcto e incluso en una búsqueda aparece con mayor frecuencia.

agree  Robert Carter: Or container, when they're not specifically boxes, but yes, "insulated" seems far more intuitive in English than "isothermal", which most people wouldn't have a clue about.
