El Valor Mínimo Mensual correspondiente al mes de facturación, con más la diferencia entre el Valor Porcentual Mensual calculado sobre los ingresos obtenidos por el Arrendatario con el segundo mes anterior al de facturación y el Valor Mínimo Mensual de dicho mes, correspondiendo tal diferencia para los meses en que el Valor Porcentual Mensual sea mayor al Valor Minimo Mensual.
