peer agreement (net): +3clutches Explanation: "Enclochar" is given in the DLE with the meaning "embragar", and "encloche" is defined in the RAE's Diccionario de americanismos as "mecanismo que acopla el motor con el sistema de cambio de velocidades. (cloche; closh; clutch)." In other words, it appears to be a synonym of embrague: clutch. The only thing that seems a bit odd here, if your text is from the Cono Sur, is that this usage is said to be found in Central America, Colombia and Venezuela.
