Abajo el texto completo referente a especificaciones técnicas para la provisión de servicios de telefonía. Para no ser redundante lo traduje como "workflow orders", pero prefiero apelar a su experiencia. Gracias de antemano.

This is the typical nomenclature used by many IT workflow CRMs/ERPs such as SAP, Navision, Salesforce etc. that then define job orders governed by the workflow.

disagree  Gerard Burns Jr.: My view: The writer is in an environment where some paperwork is in English. He cites the English (in parenthesis) to be sure Spanish speakers there know he refers to the form with "workflow" on it. Following that redundancy is not needed in English.
