Entre los hechos notorios y consistentes entre las mediciones de NSU para las modalidades prepago y pospago de los tres operadores se encuentra que en el 97% de los casos, los usuarios en modalidad prepago dieron una mejor valoración del servicio que los usuarios en modalidad pospago. Esto puede deberse, entre otras razones, a que uno de los problemas más recurrentes de los usuarios móviles se asocia con la facturación de los servicios, precisamente el aspecto diferenciador en una y otra modalidad.
