This is sort of a guess, hence the 2 confidence level. I can find quite a few uses online of "no-contact data transmission" or variations of this (with "non-contact" or "digital transmission" or "transfer"), and these would seem to fit your context, although NCDT doesn't seem to actually be an established acronym used for this.
