Spanish term or phrase: bocas.... lagos abiertos In a discussion about winemaking, the follow phrase appears: "...los depósitos tienen bocas muy amplias para imitar la tradicional elaboraciíón en lagos abietos." I am at a total loss. Obvioiusly the tanks have wide openings, but is there a specific term for this? And I am aso guessing that "open lakes" isn't appropriate either. Perhaps lago is an error.
